Touch the World Missions Trip to Colombia

This trip is open to anyone over the age of 18 upon the fulfillment of requirements outlined on this application plus the approval of the Director of PF Women.
Total Estimated Price: $2,200
(This includes air fare to Colombia, ground transportation, lodging, and meals in Colombia. This will not include the cost of meeting at Miami the Airport, snacks or souvenirs.)
• Non-refundable deposit of $100 per person with this completed application must be
received no later than October 31, 2025.
• 50% ($1050) due December 15, 2025.
• Final balance of $1050 is due by March 1, 2026.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Every team member must have a valid passport that will still be in effect for at least six
months after the return of the trip. If you do not have a passport with more than 6 months left until renewal, you will not be allowed to travel by the airline. You must also have two blank pages in your passport. (If you do not have a valid passport, it is required that you begin the application process. The current processing time for U.S.
passports is 12 to 14 weeks.)

Missions trips are physically demanding. I understand and accept that I must be fit and physically healthy to participate in this missions trip. Statement of Cooperation By signing this application, I am stating that I have answered all of the questions honestly. I am also agreeing to exemplify both a cooperative and Christian attitude at all times. I will cooperate and keep a good attitude whether I agree with everything or not. I agree to be on time with all trip payments, for everything that is on the schedule during the trip, work with the team in a unified way every day, attend all meal functions, and present a cooperative spirit at all times. I will not ask the PF Women leaders or the missionaries for special favors or extensions; I will not wander off from the team or ask the PF Women leaders or missionaries for special allowances, including side activities/excursions/favors of any kind. I understand that I am a part of the team and will act accordingly. I understand that my decision to not follow these expectations may result in my not being permitted to travel on another PF Women missions trip. Furthermore, I understand that space is limited on the trip, and that applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The District Women’s Ministries Director has my approval to personally contact my Pastoral Reference regarding my participation in this trip. Ultimately, the District Women’s Ministries Director will make the final decision regarding approval of all team members for this trip. I am excited to be a part of this missions trip and promise to pray that God will use this team to do a great work in Colombia. NOTE: A $100.00 non-refundable deposit and photocopy of your passport must accompany this completed application. If for any reason you are not approved to be part of the group, you will receive a letter with a full refund of your deposit. If approved, you will receive an e-mail giving you details of the payment schedule and further plans for the trip. Full payment will be required by March 1, 2026.
