Dr. Deanna Shrodes

Dr. Deanna Shrodes

Dr. Deanna Shrodes is the Director of PF Women and the founder/director of the Stronger Leadership Network. She is most passionate about investing in leaders and leadership health.

Deanna is an Assemblies of God ordained minister. She is a speaker in demand in the United States and abroad, and is an accomplished musician, worship leader and recording artist. She is an award-winning writer and sole author of five books as well as contributing writer of five books. Deanna has been featured in many publications worldwide, including The Huffington Post. Deanna holds a masters in ministerial leadership from Southeastern University, and a Doctor of Ministry, also from SEU.

Deanna has been married to her college sweetheart, Larry, for 35 years. They have pastored in the Assemblies of God for as long as they have been married and Larry is currently lead pastor of Celebration Church Tampa and presbyter of the Tampa Bay area. She and Larry have three grown children, one perfect grandchild, twin granddaughters on the way, and an adorable bulldog, Manny. You can hear Deanna’s leadership thoughts weekly on the Stronger Leadership Podcast wherever you get your podcasts. When she’s not working, Deanna enjoys reading, thrift store shopping, and finding great coffee.

Dr. Sandra Ogunremi

Dr. Sandra Ogunremi, DHA is the Vice President of Patient Relations and Belonging for Monument Health. In her role, she oversees Patient Relations, Belonging initiatives, Spiritual Care Services, Patient Experiences, Guest Services, Volunteer Services and Valet Services. She has been with Monument Health since 2008.

She was recognized nationally, in 2022, 2023 and 2024, by Women we Admire, as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Healthcare. She was also recognized in 2024 and 2025, by Women we Admire, as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in South Dakota.

Rev. Sandra Ogunremi is an Assemblies of God ordained minister and is the published author of the books, “Casting Down Disruptive Imaginations” and “Overcoming Threats, Thoughts and Triggers”.  In 2024, she was included in the book “From Leaders for Leaders.  A Guide for those Called into Ministry.” It is noted as “Wisdom Compiled from 22 Leaders in Ministry” from across the Assemblies of God.

She has taught throughout the United States, Canada, Africa, and England. She is most fulfilled when being used as a conduit to positively impact lives.

She has been married to Dr. Ayodele Ogunremi, a Board-Certified Nephrologist and Board-Certified Internist, since 1993 and they are blessed with three adult children.

Pastor Lis Burns

Pastor Lis Burns

Pastor Lis Burns is the co-lead Pastor of Access Church in Lakeland, Florida, alongside her husband, Dr. Jason Burns. Lis holds a Master’s Degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and is the author of a series of devotional books for busy moms. Lis and Jason have three children and two dogs and are the founding pastors of Access Church, where they have served for almost 20 years. In 2021, Lis founded the Known Women’s Conference, which helps women find freedom in being fully Known in Christ!

When Lis is not speaking or leading worship, she enjoys travel, pizza, and petting dogs.
